Each home accommodates up to 10-12 guests. Children are welcome, however, please be mindful to keep an eye on pets and children as there are no gates or barriers to the lake. Use caution when outside.

Check in begins after 3 PM. Check out at 11 am. In same cases late check out can be honored or require an additional fee.

Cancellations up to 14 days before check in are charged 100 percent of the reservation amount minus the cleaning fee.

Yes. Up to two pets may be registered during booking.

Yes. A signed pontoon agreement and safety acknowledgment are required based on availability, $400 refundable deposit required to hold dates and reimbursement for gasoline and/or any damages. Daily pontoon rental rate is $350.

Yes. Both homes include fully equipped kitchens which include a dishwasher, stove/ oven, refrigerator and microwave.

No. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Please be considerate of our neighbors and follow quiet hours after 10 pm. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment.

Both homes are located on Indian Lake in the Sister Lakes region of Michigan. The two houses are less than a mile apart along the same road. Let us know if you have larger parties to accommodate.

We help return items when possible. Shipping costs are paid by the guest.
